At R.Raven Care, we offer a comprehensive range of NDIS support services designed to meet participants individual needs. Our approach focuses on understanding participants unique requirements, providing practical and effective solutions that foster independence and well-being.
Daily living support
Assistance with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, community participation to help participants live independently and confidently every day.
Community participation
Supporting participants involvement in social activities, transport to doctors appointments, community groups, and local events to build connections and enhance quality of life.
Capacity building
Build confidence and independence through practical, everyday activities and our support!
We support participants to develop skills such as shopping, budgeting, handling money, cooking, communication, decision making, social skills and completing everyday tasks at their own pace.
Everyday activities provide a fun opportunity to learn, practise new skills and build greater independence.
Gardening & yard maintenance
Helping participants to maintain a safe, tidy, and enjoyable outdoor environment.
We provide practical assistance with lawn mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, rubbish removal and general yard maintenance tailored to each participant's needs and abilities.
Where appropriate, participants can also get involved in gardening and outdoor activities and develope or maintain independence through hands-on participation.
Day Centre Programs
Providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where participants can engage in structured group activities, build social connections, and develop everyday life skills. Our day centre programs are designed to promote independence, confidence, and community participation in a supportive environment.
Activities are all about having fun, trying new things and building skills along the way. Our days include arts & crafts, drawing & painting, making jewellery, cooking and learning kitchen skills, fun experimens like mixing colours or building a volcano, river walks, time at the park, reading with staff, number games, music & dancing. No two days are the same and activities are based around participants' interests.
Day trips happen twice a month with limited spaces, so please inquire if you think this is something you might be interested in.
